Notice of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the constitution of South West Hampshire Beekeepers (SWHBK), all members are advised that the Annual General Meeting of SWHBK will take place at Brockenhurst Village Hall on Wednesday 1st February 2023 starting promptly at 7.30 pm.

All Registered, Associate and Family members over the age of 18 who have completed and returned their 2023 membership forms and paid their membership fees are entitled to attend and vote on any matters requiring such action. Junior members are welcome to attend but are unable to vote.
