December saw our well attended Christmas Social event that included a ‘pub style’ quiz and ‘pot luck’ (bring a dish) meal.

This resulted in some really strange combinations on people’s plates but all enjoyed the experience none the less.

The quiz following was light heartedly noisy – even riotous at times as answers were questioned and debated but, as always, the question masters decision was final!

We are all looking forward to the clubs first ever honey show taking place at Everton Garden Centre on Saturday. January 4th 2020.

All are welcome to come and see the fruits of our hives and to talk to the experienced Beekeepers present to give advice to those wishing to start beekeeping and to discuss current issues with other beekeepers.
